For luxury wedding cinematographers

Stop delivering temporary links.
Start selling a premium cinema experience.

The white-labeled Apple TV app and 10-Year Archival Vault for luxury wedding cinematographers. Elevate your brand, secure your couples’ generational memories, and turn final file delivery into a $300 upsell that pays for itself on the very first booking.

You shot a film worth ten thousand dollars —and delivered it like a tax document.

A download link in an email is where luxury goes to die. The couple saves it to a laptop, the laptop is replaced, and the most expensive film ever made about them quietly disappears. The delivery is the last thing your clients experience of your studio — it should feel like the work.

The reveal

Type your studio’s name. Watch the app become yours.

This is a working mock of the Apple TV experience. Enter a name, pick your brand color, press Watch — exactly what a couple does with your PIN on their own television.

This is what your couple sees — your brand, not ours.

The experience

Delivery that looks like a private screening room

01

The white-labeled Smart TV app

Your couples download one app on their Apple TV, enter your 6-digit PIN, and the interface re-skins to your studio — your logo, your colors, your name on the title card. They press play on the biggest, best screen in the house, and everything they see is yours.

02

A Netflix-style dashboard, web and TV

Highlight film, full ceremony, speeches, raw stills — arranged as rows of posters, not a folder of files. The same elegant library on the web portal and on the television, under your brand on both.

The archive

Built to outlive the laptop it was saved on

A wedding film is a generational document. The vault treats it that way — with cold-storage economics, a written fail-safe, and a copy in the family’s own hands.

03

The 10-Year Archival Guarantee

Masters and RAW assets held in enterprise cold storage for a decade. The economics are real: cold storage lists at dollars per terabyte per month, which is why, for typical film sizes, a one-time $300 vault fee can fund ten years of keeping a wedding safe — with margin left for your studio (the exact arithmetic is in the FAQ).

04

The Data Living Will fail-safe

The uncomfortable question, answered in writing: if this platform ever ceases operations, our Terms of Service are written to transfer administrative access to the master files to your studio or your couple. Not a promise on a pricing page — a designed hand-off, in the terms themselves.

05

Local-first peace of mind

On their first login, every couple is prompted to download a DRM-free master to a drive they own. The vault is the redundancy, never the hostage-taker — the family holds a copy from day one.

The arithmetic

A $20 subscription that sells for $300 a wedding

Offer the vault as a line item on every contract. Here is the entire model — drag the sliders, check our math.

20
$300

Vault upsell revenue  (20 weddings × $300)
$6,000 / yr
WeddingVault cost  (Vault plan, $20/mo × 12)
$240 / yr
Kept by your studio
$5,760 / yr

One $300 booking covers 1.3 years of the platform — it pays for itself on the first booking, and every one after is margin.

Launch pricing, USD. The upsell price is yours to set — $300 is the default suggestion; the sliders are the whole model.

The field

Whose brand is on your delivery?

MediaZilla ships polished native TV apps — carrying MediaZilla’s brand. VidFlow sells delivery by the pack, on a two-year clock. Vimeo hands your couple a link. The gap in the market is the studio whose own name is on the television — with a decade-deep archive behind it.

Asked, answered

The three questions everyone asks

How does one app become our app? Do we need an Apple developer account?

No developer account, no app review, no build of your own. WeddingVault ships as one universal app on the TV app store: your couple downloads it and enters the 6-digit PIN generated for their wedding. The PIN resolves to your studio, and the interface re-skins on the spot — your logo, your colors, your name. The brand layer is data, so your app is ready the day you onboard — no submission cycle.

Can you really keep films for ten years at these prices?

For typical film sizes, yes — and here is the arithmetic rather than an adjective. We hold masters in enterprise cold storage (Backblaze B2), which lists at $6.95 per terabyte per month. At that rate, a one-time $300 vault fee covers roughly 360 GB stored for a full decade; a typical 100 GB wedding delivery costs about $8–9 in raw storage over ten years. That gap between what storage costs and what an heirloom is worth is the whole business model — for your studio's upsell and for us.

What happens to the films if WeddingVault shuts down?

Two independent answers. First, the Data Living Will: our Terms of Service are written to transfer administrative access to the master files to your studio or your couple if operations cease — a designed commitment in the terms, with final language under legal review before launch. Second, local-first delivery: every couple is prompted at first login to download a DRM-free master to their own drive, so from day one the platform is never the only copy.
